  1. Conversation

We start with a 15-minute conversation about your health history, what brought you in, and what you're hoping to get back to. No medical jargon โ€” just a real conversation.

  2. Physical exam

Postural assessment, range-of-motion testing, orthopedic and neurological screening, and palpation of the affected areas. Everything is explained as we go.

  3. Findings & plan

We'll walk you through what we found, what's likely causing it, and how we'd recommend treating it. You'll get a clear, time-bound treatment plan โ€” not an open-ended package.

  4. First treatment

In most cases we'll start treatment that same visit โ€” usually a combination of adjustment and soft tissue work. You'll leave with at-home guidance for the days between visits.
