Your first visit
Here's exactly what to expect โ no surprises, no commitments before you understand what's going on.
-
Conversation
We start with a 15-minute conversation about your health history, what brought you in, and what you're hoping to get back to. No medical jargon โ just a real conversation.
-
Physical exam
Postural assessment, range-of-motion testing, orthopedic and neurological screening, and palpation of the affected areas. Everything is explained as we go.
-
Findings & plan
We'll walk you through what we found, what's likely causing it, and how we'd recommend treating it. You'll get a clear, time-bound treatment plan โ not an open-ended package.
-
First treatment
In most cases we'll start treatment that same visit โ usually a combination of adjustment and soft tissue work. You'll leave with at-home guidance for the days between visits.
What to wear
Comfortable clothes you can move in โ athletic wear, loose pants, a t-shirt. Avoid restrictive clothing, belts, and buckles. Privacy gowns are available if needed.
What to bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- Any imaging or prior records, if you have them
